1/43 diecast model of a Maserati A6 GcS Stradale or road car - basically a customer version of the factory race cars for private teams. The model was produced for a European partwork magazine called "The Maserati Collection."

Launched in 1953 the A6 CGS arrived just in time for the new World Sportscar Championship. The car debuted at the 1953 Tour of Sicily and proved to be very competitive in circuit and road race events often beating cars with much bigger engines thanks to good handling and an aerodynamic body designed by Medurdo Fantuzzi. A total of 52 cars were built - most being competition versions rather than the road version or Stradale portrayed by this model.

Good value for money and a nice affordable collectable for any fan of Maserati or classic sports racing cars.
This is brand new stock in supplied in a vacform bubble attached to a card.
